Cathy, a Woman of God, a US Navy Veteran, and a Domestic Violence Expert, is also a Sexual Assault Survivor/Advocate, a Visionary, a Master Anthologist, a #1 Best-Selling Author, a Christian Counselor, a Mental Health Professional, and a Clinical Mentor Health Therapist. She is a Dynamic Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist, and Life and Business Coach. Known as the fire your fear coach, Cathy is passionate about empowering others to share their stories, overcome fear, and embrace their true selves. As the president of Kingdom Coaching & Consulting, LLC., she offers coaching and consulting services to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential after trauma. Cathy's coaching programs include one-on-one and group coaching, as well as custom presentations, all aimed at helping people find fulfillment and become the best version of themselves. Through her foundation, MyHelpMyHope Foundation, Inc., Cathy supports women and children in crisis.

Cathy has also been featured in publications such as the Virginia Pilot, the New Journal and Guide, the Hampton Roads Gazeti, and Tidewater Women, to name a few. Her nonprofit, MyHelpMyHope Foundation was selected as a changemaker by the Obama administration and Oprah Winfrey in 2016. During her matriculation, Catherine earned an AS in Psychology, a BS in Christian Counseling, a BS in Life Coaching, a BS in Addiction and Recovery, and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Cathy plans to start the Ph.D soon.
Dr. Charlene D. Winley is 'The Soul Care Coach ', a certified life coach, speaker, author, CEO, and founder of ReScriptedLife Coaching, a service that provides personalized coaching for individuals seeking to transform their lives, and ReScriptedLife Academy, an educational platform offering courses on personal development and soul care. She is also the visionary behind The Soul Care Series.
Through her own experiences of sexual mental abuse, homelessness, divorce, rejection, and grief, Dr. Winley equips EMPOWER professional women to rewrite the story of their life, by helping them to come out of hiding, recover their identity, and live their life by design and not by default. She speaks on trauma as related to physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, identity, soul care, and purpose.
Additionally, she is the visionary behind the anthology, "I am Tamar-Come out of Hiding! Through her own experiences of sexual and mental abuse, homelessness,
divorce, rejection, and grief, Dr. Winley equips EMPOWER professional women, to rewrite the story of their lives by helping them to come out of hiding, recover their identity, and live their lives by design and not by default. Dr. Winley's reach is within the educational, religious, coaching, and trauma industries. Through the Soul Care Series, she uses her voice to empower women through quarterly transformational live weekly sessions. These sessions are geared to help women uncover hidden wounds, recover their identity, discover their purpose, and activate their calling.
Dr. Winley has a master's degree in Human Development, Cognition, and Learning from Columbia University with a concentration in Clinical Psychology. She holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She is the vice president on the board of the Attachment Trauma Network, a driving force to promote the healing of children impacted by trauma through supporting their families, schools, and communities. Dr. Winley is a certified Inner Healing and Deliverance minister, a Certified.

Dr. Winley's impact extends beyond national borders, as evidenced by her 5x times Amazon best-selling and international author status. Her first book, "ReScriptedLife-31 Days to Reconnect with Your Purpose," and the anthology, "I am Tamar- Come Out of Hiding," Are powerful testaments to her work. She has also co-authored four additional books, each a compelling narrative of human resilience and strength.
Dr. Winley, a native New Yorker, is not just a professional but also a mother of three sons. This role deeply influences her work and perspective, adding a layer of empathy and understanding to her professional journey. She currently resides in Virginia Beach, where she continues to inspire and empower others.
